No complaints, the venue met requirements. The hotel was perfect and stunningly beautiful and the staff were kind. Patio was perfect for a breakfast. The room was absolutely gorgeous, beds were exceptionally comfortable - I enjoyed the place. Location: the venue was close enough to the centre and the Duomo. Also, Palazzo Benzoni was quite close by.

The location is more than ideal, you'd literally be in the center of Crema...

the room we had included a minibar, climate control, and multi-channel tv. exceptionally comfortable beds, the staff were extremely polite. location: the hotel was very close to the center of the old town, a very nice area, and crema in style-unique experience. it also was close to restaurants.

Had a very nice time. Everything was great! Its location was great, in the city centre. A few times I ate at Mei Soulful Sushi, located relatively near the hotel.

Whenever I stay in Crema, I choose a familiar place. The staff is friendly, and even helped me with printing. The amenities are great - Free Wi-Fi, Flat-screen TV, Electric kettle, and breakfast! That's why I'll be back for Christmas!

I chose this hotel for a business appointment and found that it was perfectly located for both business and leisure guests. The room was lovely and spacious, and the breakfast served in the room was excellent.

The only thing I missed for my work was that the reception was rarely manned and there was no phone in the room, which could be inconvenient for anyone without a mobile phone.

A posh place with free WiFi, AC, garden, and terrace. The à la carte breakfast is served daily with hot drinks and croissants. Perfect location near cultural highlights and Santuario della Madonna. Facilities are great, but kids need to leave.

We loved staying in this hotel. It was located in the center of the city close to many restaurants and the town center. The hotel facilities were great, and its cleanliness was impressive. Transportation and parking were easily accessible. Additionally, the breakfast served in this hotel was delicious, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
